Domino'S Pizza

This is the Domino'S Pizza shop in Malad East. Our specific spot is 701, 19/E, Kaparkheda, over in Dindoshi. It’s a very crowded part of Mumbai, as anyone who has walked these streets knows. We spend most of our shift in the back kitchen where it’s always hot. The ovens stay on all day and night. Our delivery riders are constantly coming in and going out with bags. We see the same faces from the local buildings all the time. This isn't one of those fancy sit-down restaurants. People just want their pizza fast so they can go home. We try to keep the counters clean, but there is always flour everywhere. The address is 400097 if you are looking for the postal code. We handle a huge amount of orders on the weekends. That is when it gets really chaotic. The phones never stop ringing and the timers are always beeping. We just keep our heads down and focus on the dough. It’s hard work on your feet, but we are a good team. Some of us have lived in Malad our whole lives. We know every shortcut in the Dindoshi area.
