You can find us right near the Mumbai Central Station at J-47 on the first floor of S M Mansion. We are on Dr. D.B. Marg, which is always packed with people and cars. Being so close to the station means there is never a quiet moment. Falafels J E G Food is all about getting food out to people who are usually in a bit of a hurry. Our office and kitchen area are tucked away in the mansion, which is an older building with a lot of character. It’s not a shiny new mall location. We spend our time managing recipes, orders, and suppliers. The smell of spices is pretty much everywhere here. We have a few delivery bikes that are constantly going in and out, navigating the narrow streets. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we get a large shipment of chickpeas or vegetables delivered. The staff is always on their feet, whether they are cooking or handling the phone calls. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a handful of us making sure the food tastes right and the orders go out on time. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when the lunch rush hits, but we manage to pull it through. It’s a real Mumbai food business, busy and a little bit loud, but we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and keep the kitchen moving.
