You can find us over at Shop No-11 in the Viceroy Chs building. We are located in Thakur Village, which is a part of Kandivali East that stays pretty active throughout the week. Our shop is right opposite the Jain Temple, so we hear the bells and see the crowds coming and going quite often. It is a decent spot to be in because everyone knows the temple landmark. The shop isn't very large, but it fits what we need for our daily work. We spend a lot of time looking over local maps and talking to neighbors about what is happening in the local market. The morning sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard, so we usually have the blinds halfway down until it gets cooler. It’s just a regular workplace with some old files and a computer that takes its time to start up in the morning. We don’t try to make it look like something it isn’t. People from Thakur Village stop by when they have questions about moving or just to see what’s available. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with anyone who walks in. The Viceroy Chs is a sturdy old building, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners around here pretty well over the years. It feels like a small community inside a big city, and we just play our part in it.
