Yes Boss Real Estate Agency is located over in Kandivali East. We set up our space in the Sanskruti Building, which is part of the Thakur Complex area. It is a good landmark because the Post Office is right there too. We are also directly opposite St Lawrence School, so it gets quite lively when the kids are finishing up for the day. Being in this part of Mumbai means we see a lot of families and folks looking for apartments or shops. We spend most of our time answering the phone or going out to show people different flats around the neighborhood. The office itself is pretty simple. We have the usual desks and a few maps on the wall to help us keep track of where everything is. It is a local business, so we know the local streets and which buildings have vacancies. Sometimes people just drop in because they saw the name while walking to the post office. We don't do much in the way of big advertising. Most of our work comes from people living nearby or word of mouth. It keeps us busy enough throughout the week. Thakur Complex is a big area, so there is always something going on. We just stay here and handle the property stuff that comes our way, trying to make sense of the paperwork and the local market trends as they happen. We’ve been here for a while and know the area.
