We’re located in Office No 101 at Siddheshwar App in Kandivali West. We are right next to Raghuleela Mall, which makes it very easy for people to find us, though the traffic around the mall can be a bit much on the weekends. Our office is on the first floor, so it’s just a quick walk up. It’s a simple space with a few computers and some stacks of property papers everywhere. We handle a mix of consulting and development work here. Most days are spent talking to people about where they want to live or what kind of investment they’re looking for. It’s a lot of listening and trying to figure out what fits. We’ve been in Kandivali for a good while now, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit with all the new buildings. Sometimes we grab a quick snack from the vendors near the mall during our lunch break. The office is usually busy with people dropping in to ask questions. We don’t have a formal reception or anything like that, you just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We spend a lot of time checking on projects and making sure things are moving along as they should. It’s just us, working hard in a busy part of Kandivali. We try to keep the place tidy but with so many files it isn't always possible. There's always work to be done and we're just trying to keep up with it all.
