Yahal U.S.A. (India)

We are based in Malad West, specifically at B/507, Marble Arch in Nahar Nagar. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s quieter than being right on the main road. Yahal U.S.A. (India) is a small operation. We don’t have hundreds of employees or a massive warehouse here. It’s mostly just a few of us handling the day-to-day tasks. We spend a lot of time on the computer and the phone, coordinating things. Because we have "U.S.A." in our name, people sometimes expect a big corporate headquarters, but we are just a practical local office. Our space is filled with files, samples, and the occasional coffee cup. We don't follow any strict corporate scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what we can do and what we can't. Sometimes the internet goes down or a shipment gets delayed, and we have to scramble to fix it. It’s not always smooth sailing. We’ve been in this building for a while now and the neighbors know us. We like the area because it’s easy to get to, even if the Malad traffic is a nightmare sometimes. We don't have any big slogans or glossy brochures. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s just us doing our best to keep things moving along every day. It's nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.
