We are over in Andheri West, specifically in the J P Road Number 2 area near Goregaon East, right opposite Saint Luvious School. It might sound like a lot of directions to remember, but once you are on J P Road, our spot is actually quite easy to pick out. Being right across from the school means we hear the kids and the bells all through the day, which helps us keep track of the time. Our office is actually inside the apartment building itself, so it feels a lot more like a home than a typical corporate office space. We have a small area where we sit down and go through all the property papers and keys. It is usually just us working away with the sound of the city traffic in the background. We have been working in the Andheri and Goregaon areas for many years, so we have a good idea of which buildings are well-maintained and which ones might have some problems. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on being here every day and knowing the local streets like the back of our hand.
