We are based over in Worli at Bharat Baza, specifically in Gala No 26 and 27. It’s an industrial sort of area with a lot of movement and trucks. We moved into these units a while back because we needed more space for our prep work. Wraps Rolls Foods Pvt Ltd sounds like a big corporate name on paper, but it’s really just a few of us working hard every day. We spend our mornings chopping vegetables and preparing the fillings for the rolls. The Galas are busy places, especially when the trucks are coming in and out of Bharat Baza. It can get pretty noisy and dusty around here during the day. We don't have a storefront for customers to sit down and eat. Most of what we do is preparing food that goes out to other places across the city. It’s a lot of logistics, making sure everything is fresh and ready to go by noon. Worli is a central spot, which helps us get around, though the traffic near the bazaar can be a real nightmare some days. My brother and I manage the daily operations ourselves. We’ve had to learn everything as we go, from fixing the equipment to managing the small staff we have. It’s a messy, busy environment but we enjoy the pace of it. We aren't trying to be fancy or high-end. We just focus on getting the wraps and rolls made properly in our small space here.
