Woodtech International

You can find us at Woodtech International, located within the Daanish Electricals & Sales building. We are at Plot No. 247 on Dharavi Main Road. The Sunni Jama Masjid is the big landmark nearby. Dharavi is a very tight-knit and crowded place, and our workspace reflects that. It's a busy area with a lot of commerce happening in every corner. We share some space and work around the schedules of everyone else in the building. It’s not always quiet, and there’s usually a lot of foot traffic outside. We deal with a lot of wood-related technology and equipment. Our office is more of a practical space where we keep our samples and catalogues. We spend a lot of time out meeting people or checking on deliveries that come through the main road. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don’t know the area, but once you find the masjid, we’re just right there. We’ve been here for a while and know the local rhythms. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just try to provide what people ask for and keep our operations running smoothly despite the chaos of the neighborhood. It’s a lively place to be, and there’s always something going on just outside the door. We usually have a lot of tea while we talk to the delivery drivers who bring our stuff or our neighbors.
