Winner Estate Agency is located at Flat No 1004 in the B Wing of Amar Ta. We are over in Andheri East, specifically near the 8th A Cross and Chalurpalya area on Magadi Main Road. It is a bit of a unique location since the address covers some busy parts of the map near Chinai College. Our office is up on the tenth floor, so it stays a bit quieter than the noisy streets below. We spend our time managing different real estate listings and helping people figure out where they want to live. The office has a lived-in feel with various files and property brochures scattered around. We are not a massive firm with hundreds of employees; we are just a small team that knows the Andheri and Magadi Main Road areas quite well. When people come to visit us, they usually have a lot of questions about the different buildings near the college or the commute times around here. We try to give them honest answers based on what we see every day. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication and keeping track of who is moving where. We do not use any sales tactics or try to push people into things they do not need. We just show the flats that are available and let the properties speak for themselves. It is a busy life but we enjoy the variety of people we meet.
