Our office is located in the Usha Kiran Building, specifically in room 802. We’re right in the Azad Nagar area of Andheri West, on the 4th Main Road. It’s a tall building, so we get a decent view of the neighborhood from the eighth floor. Andheri West is a massive place, but Azad Nagar has its own feel to it. We’ve been based here for a while, doing the usual real estate stuff like rentals and sales. The office is pretty functional; we have our computers, some filing cabinets, and a table for meetings. It’s not a corporate showroom, just a place where we do our daily work. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to different landlords and people looking for a place to stay. Sometimes the 4th Main Road gets really jammed with traffic, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We usually stay late to avoid the worst of it. We know the building security and the other tenants on our floor quite well. It’s a busy environment, but we’ve found our rhythm here. We just try to be honest with people about what’s available and what the prices are like. No big promises, just looking at the facts and the paperwork. If you’re in the building, you just take the lift up to the eighth floor and you’ll find us easily enough behind the heavy main door.
