We are based in the Strand Cinema building in Colaba. Our office is on the first floor on Arthur Bunder Road. It’s a busy part of town, especially with all the tourists and the shops nearby. The building itself is a bit of a landmark. We’ve been here for a long time, handling realty work in South Mumbai. Our office is just a simple space with some desks and a lot of cabinets for all our property files. We don't try to look like a big corporate firm. We just dress simply and do our work. Colaba has its own rhythm, and we’ve learned to work with it over the years. We spend a lot of our time visiting old buildings and checking out new developments. It’s a lot of walking and talking to different people. Sometimes we have tea at the local stalls while we wait for a client to show up. The work can be a bit repetitive with all the forms and legal checks, but it’s important. We don't make any big promises or use marketing speak. We just tell people the facts about the properties we are looking at. It’s an honest way to work. We like being in this part of the city, even with all the noise and the crowds. It’s just how things are here. We keep it simple and focus on the day’s tasks.
