We are located inside the Whispering Palms Shopping complex in Kandivali East. If you know the area, we’re right near the 10th Cross in the IV Phase, not too far from the Mahindra & Mahindra Gate No 2. It’s a pretty recognizable landmark around here. The shopping center gets quite a lot of foot traffic, especially on the weekends. Our space is tucked in there, and we’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. Kandivali has really grown, and being near the Mahindra gate means we see a lot of people who work in the big plants nearby. We mostly deal with homes in this specific neck of the woods. The office is a bit small, cluttered with folders and notes we’ve taken on different apartments. It’s just how we work. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know these streets well. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always someone calling about a lease or a sale. We usually have the radio on in the background while we sort through the daily paperwork. Finding a place to park near Whispering Palms can be tricky, so we tell people to come early. We’re just local folks doing our thing, trying to keep track of who’s moving where. It’s a practical way to spend the day, and we like being part of the Kandivali community and seeing familiar faces.
