You can find us at Shop Number 3 in the Atlantis Building. We are right on 3rd Road in Andheri West. It's a convenient spot because we’re directly opposite the HDFC Bank ATM. People are always stopping by to withdraw some cash, so they notice our sign and come in. Andheri is a fast-paced place, and 3rd Road is no exception. We’ve been running this estate agency here for a good while. It’s mostly about helping regular people find rentals or sales in the local apartment buildings. We aren’t those big fancy agents you see on television. We’re just a local shop in the neighborhood. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped inside with all the files and folders, but we know where every single paper is. We spend most of our time on the phone or walking to different buildings nearby to show rooms to clients. We know most of the security guards and the society chairmen around here. If a flat is coming empty, we usually hear about it before it even gets posted online. We don't do much advertising at all. Most people just walk in because they live nearby or work in the local shops. We tell it like it is—if a place is a bit old or small, we say it's old. No point in wasting anyone's time with tall stories. The traffic outside can be a real headache, but being in Andheri West means there’s always someone looking for a new home.
