Vishwanath Real Estate Agent

I’m Vishwanath, and I work as a real estate agent out of Flat No 303 on the 3rd floor of the Conven building in Bandra West. My place is over near Versova and Almeda Park, which is a nice part of town to be in. Most of my day isn't spent sitting in the office, though. I’m usually out on my scooter, zipping between different apartment buildings and meeting people who want to rent or buy a place. I carry a big ring of keys with me that jingles whenever I walk. It’s a lot of talking to owners, listening to what families are looking for, and trying to find a middle ground that makes everyone happy. The office in Conven is just a place to keep the files and have a cup of chai while I wait for the next person to show up. Real estate in Bandra is always moving, and things change fast. One day a flat is available, and the next day it’s gone. It can be a bit stressful trying to keep up with all the phone calls and messages. I don't have any big brochures or a polished sales pitch. I just show the rooms as they are, point out where the water tank is, and tell people about the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and I’ve been doing it this way for quite a long time now.
