Our office is located at 29/A, room 302, in the Chandivali 3rd Stage area, right on the 3rd Cross. Chandivali is a part of town that has grown so much lately, and we are right in the thick of it. We spend our days dealing with properties, which basically means we talk to a lot of people looking for homes or shops. It’s not a glamorous job; there’s a lot of walking up and down stairs and waiting for people who are running late for viewings. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our records and keys. We’ve been working in this specific area for a while, so we have a good idea of which buildings are well-maintained and which ones might have issues. We try to be straight with people because we live around here too. Sometimes the real estate market is slow, and other times the phone won't stop ringing. We just handle it as it comes. We don't have a big corporate office or a fleet of cars. It’s just us and our desks. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking listings or filling out rental agreements. It’s a lot of small details that have to be right. We’re just local people helping other people find a place to settle down in this busy neighborhood. The neighborhood keeps expanding and we just try to keep up with it all.
