Virage Fenestration Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Unit 111 in the Paras Ind. Estate on Ramchandra Lane. Being in Malad (W) means it’s always a bit of a scramble with the local traffic and the narrow lanes. The estate itself is always humming with other businesses, so there is a lot of energy around. We have a functional space that we’ve set up to handle our daily production and admin work. It isn't a place for lounging around. Most of the floor space is taken up by materials and equipment. We are just a group of people who know how to handle this kind of work. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy lobbies. Our office is just a corner of the unit where we keep the computer and the files. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have a few fans going to keep it manageable. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the delivery drivers and the guys in the units next door. It’s a community of makers and doers. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with long meetings. We usually just talk about what needs to be done over a quick tea and then get back to it. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps our days moving along. We just focus on getting things out the door.
