Chintamani Aluminium

Chintamani Aluminium is based out in Village Post Office Katta, which is part of the Tehsil Devgad in the District of Sindhudurg. It is a quiet area compared to the big cities, but we stay busy enough with the local demand. Being in a village setting means we know almost everyone who comes by the shop. We work mostly with aluminium sections and fittings for houses and small shops around the district. The pace of life here is a bit slower, which suits us just fine. We have our workshop set up near the post office, so it is a bit of a local landmark for people in Katta. Sometimes the rain in Sindhudurg gets really heavy, and we have to adjust how we work, but we are used to the seasons. It is a small operation, just a couple of us handling the tools and talking to customers. We do not use any big marketing tactics; word of mouth is usually how people hear about Chintamani Aluminium. We have been here for years and plan to stay for many more. It is honest work, and we take some pride in seeing our aluminium frames on the buildings around the village.
