Aradhana Aluminium

Aradhana Aluminium is right on Chandwarkar Lane in the Rangoli area. Specifically at number 13. Chandwarkar Lane is a place where you see a lot of the same faces every morning. We’ve got our aluminium stock set up so we can get to it easily, but sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we are busy. The shop has that smell of metal that you never really get out of your clothes. Being in Rangoli means we are part of a tight community. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. If someone needs aluminium, they usually just walk in and ask. We have a small table where we keep the tea mugs and a few notebooks. The floor is concrete and has some cracks, but it’s sturdy enough for the heavy stuff we move. Every day is pretty much like the one before. We open up, check the stock, and see what needs to be handled. Sometimes the rains make it a bit difficult to keep everything dry, but we manage with some plastic sheets. At number 13, we don't put on any acts. We are just local workers who know our way around aluminium. It’s a simple life and the work is steady. We don't need to be anything more than that. If you pass by Chandwarkar Lane, you’ll see us there, just doing the daily rounds and keeping the shop going.
