Vira Estate Agency is located at Shop Number 5 in the Parivar Shopping Centre. We are right on the Powai SV Road, which is always packed with people going to and from work. It’s a small storefront, but we’ve been here long enough that most of the regulars in the shopping center know us. We help people find places to live or shops to rent around Powai and the nearby areas. Real estate around here is always changing, with prices going up and down, so we spend a lot of time keeping track of who is moving where. It’s not a polished office with marble floors. It’s just a place with a few chairs and some files where we sit down and talk to families or young workers looking for a flat. We know the buildings in this neighborhood like the back of our hands. We try to be honest about which places have good water supply or where the traffic is too loud. It’s just us, a small local agency. We don't have fancy advertisements. Most of our work comes from people walking by the Parivar Shopping Centre or hearing about us from their neighbors. It’s a busy life, especially on weekends when everyone wants to see properties, but we enjoy the hustle of SV Road. We have helped many families settle into their first homes in this part of Mumbai over the years.
