Vinod Housing Agencies is located in the A Wing, Room No 305, of the Sameer Ni building. We’re over in Andheri West, on Fatehganj Main Road, not far from Tikki Cottage. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot compared to the big shops on the main road, but we like it that way. We’ve been helping people find housing in this area for a long time. Andheri is a huge place, and it’s easy to get lost in all the listings. We try to make it a bit more personal. Since we’re in a room in a building, it feels more like visiting a neighbor than going to a corporate office. We spend our days talking to families and individuals looking for a place to stay. Sometimes it’s a student looking for a small room, and other times it’s a family needing a bigger flat. We know most of the building owners around Fatehganj. It’s a lot of legwork, going from one place to another to check the condition of the rooms. We don't have any flashy brochures or a fancy reception. We just tell it like it is. If a place has water issues or is too noisy at night, we’ll let you know. We think it’s better to be upfront than to have someone unhappy later on. It's just us here, working hard to match people with the right homes. It’s a quiet but busy life. We've been in this same room for years and have seen the neighborhood grow and change around us.
