Vinit Estate

Vinit Estate is a small shop, number 7, in the Kavita Apartment building. We are located in Andheri West, right near the Sai Ganesh Temple. If you know the area, it’s a pretty busy part of town. We’ve been here for a while, helping people find places to live or work. Andheri is always moving, and things change fast. One day a flat is available, and the next day it’s gone. We spend our time keeping track of who is moving out and who is looking to move in. It’s a lot of keys and phone calls. Our office isn't very big, but it’s where we do all our work. Sometimes we just sit and have tea with the locals to hear what’s happening in the neighborhood. That’s how we get most of our information. We don't use any fancy software or big marketing tricks. We just know the streets and the buildings around here. It can be stressful when someone needs a place urgently, but we do what we can. Sometimes we have to deal with difficult landlords or confusing contracts. We just try to keep things simple for everyone involved. It’s a local business, and we like it that way. Most people find us because they live nearby or they saw our sign while walking to the temple. We’re just here to help out with property stuff. The fan in the shop makes a bit of noise, but we've gotten used to it over the years.
