Vinisha Chinese Food Corner

Vinisha Chinese Food Corner is our small food stall located at A-6 on Shankar Sheth Road, right near Cannon Road and JAY Kay Co. We mostly get busy in the evenings when people are looking for a quick and hot meal after work. The setup is quite basic with a couple of big woks and a high-pressure burner. You can hear the sound of the pans clanking and see the steam rising from the street. Shankar Sheth Road is a major route, so there are always cars and buses passing by, making it a very noisy but lively spot. We serve the local crowd, including workers from the nearby offices and residents from the surrounding buildings. It’s not a place for a fancy sit-down dinner; it’s more about getting your food fast and while it's still steaming. We spend our afternoons chopping vegetables and preparing the sauces so we are ready when the sun goes down. Sometimes it gets really crowded and people have to wait a bit on the sidewalk, but we try to move as fast as we can. My hands are always busy with the ladle or the knife. It’s a lot of heat and smoke, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don’t have a big menu, just the items that people seem to like the most. It’s a simple way to make a living and we enjoy being part of the food scene on this busy road, even when it gets a bit chaotic.
