You can find us at the Raghuleela Mega Mall in Kandivali West. We’re on the ground floor of Sector 8, right near the Poisar Depot. The name is Vineet Property Consultants. Being in a mall means there’s always people walking by, especially on the weekends. Some stop in just to ask about the market, and others are looking for a new flat or a shop to rent. We’ve seen the real estate scene in Kandivali change so much over the last few years. It’s getting crowded and expensive. We try to help people navigate all the options without making it too complicated. It’s a lot of paperwork and running around to different offices. Sometimes we’re out all day showing properties and our office stays empty for a bit. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the local buildings and the landlords. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and checking listings in the evening. We try to be straightforward with folks. If a place isn't worth the money or has issues, we'll say so. People appreciate that honesty. The mall can be a bit noisy, but it's a good spot for us. We're close to the depot, so it’s easy for people to find us even if they aren't from around here. We’ve been doing this for some time now. We just handle the day-to-day business of buying and selling. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done for the people who come to see us.
