Vinayak Foods

Our place is up in Yogi Hills, Mulund West, inside the Pleasant Park building. It’s a bit of a different setup for a food business since it’s in a residential area, but it works for us at Vinayak Foods. We use the space at 504 to manage everything. It’s mostly about food processing and getting things ready for customers. The kitchen area is where the real work happens, and it stays pretty busy from dawn until late afternoon. We deal with a lot of dry goods and spices, so the whole place often smells like cumin or turmeric. We’re a small team, and it often feels like we’re just working in a very large home kitchen rather than a factory. We have to be very careful about keeping everything tidy because space is tight. We spend a lot of time weighing out portions and sealing bags. Sometimes the neighbors in the park area probably wonder about all the deliveries, but we try to keep things quiet and organized. It’s a lot of repetitive work, like labeling hundreds of jars or checking the seals on containers, but we just put on the radio and get through it. We aren't a big corporation with fancy branding; we're just people who know a lot about food and want to get it packaged right. It’s a simple life, focused on good ingredients and hard work.
