We set up our office at 22, Dr Ambedkar Road in Ghatkopar West. We are right across from the Dhumal Service Station. It’s a busy road. There is always the sound of cars and bikes going past. The service station stays very active. We deal with property and real estate. We mostly help people find a place to stay or a shop to rent around this area. Our office is quite basic. It has some chairs and a desk where we look over maps and paperwork. We spend a lot of time out of the office too. We walk around the neighborhood to look at different buildings. Sometimes we are meeting with owners. Ghatkopar is a crowded place. Finding the right spot for someone can take a lot of time and talking. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We just try to find out what people need. Then we see if we can find it for them. Sometimes the deals go through quickly. Other times they take forever. That’s just how the property business works. We get a lot of walk-ins because of our location on the main road. We try to help whoever comes through the door. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of tea. We've done this for years. It's just a job that keeps us connected to the people around Ghatkopar and Ambedkar Road.
