Vinayak Estate Agency is tucked away at number 15 inside the Aakruti Shopping Centre. If you are in Kandivali West, you probably know the Shantilal Modi Bunglow. We are right near there, which makes it easy to explain our location to anyone who isn't familiar with every single lane. The shopping centre is an okay place, it gets quite crowded on the weekends with people doing their regular errands. We have been working out of this small office for years now. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we do. Mostly, we spend our days answering the phone and talking to people who want to move into Kandivali. It’s a nice area to live in, and we like being part of the local community. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us here trying to keep things running smoothly. Sometimes we're out of the office showing a flat near the bungalow, and other times we're just here doing the books. The work is simple but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, with new shops opening and old ones closing, but we’re still here at Aakruti. We just take things one day at a time and try to help folks find a decent place to live without making things too complicated.
