We are located at number 11 in Chira Bazar, right on Mahakali Caves Road. You have to come up to the first floor to find us. It’s an old building, but it suits us just fine. We handle import and export stuff, mostly small scale. The stairs can be a bit steep, so watch your step when you visit. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. The office is usually stacked with boxes and paperwork. It's not very tidy, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time talking to customs people and transport guys. It’s a lot of back and forth, and sometimes things get delayed at the port, which is just the way it goes. We don't have a fancy reception area or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We deal with various goods depending on what’s in demand. It's a lot of phone calls and emails all day long. The area around Mahakali Caves Road is always buzzing, so there's never a dull moment. We are just regular people trying to run a business in a busy city. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. If we can get your shipment through without a headache, then we’ve done our job. It’s simple, honest work that we do day in and day out.
