We are located on the 3rd floor of the West 58 Tower on S. V. Road. If you know where the D. C. B. Bank is, we are right above it. It's a busy stretch of road, so there’s always noise from the traffic downstairs. Here at Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Ltd., we spend most of our time dealing with paperwork and phone calls. The office is a bit of a maze with all the cubicles and files. We try to keep it neat, but sometimes the stacks of documents just keep growing. It’s a regular office environment, nothing too special. We have a small pantry where we take our breaks and talk about our weekend plans. The elevators in West 58 Tower can be a bit slow during the lunch rush, so we usually take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. S. V. Road is always humming with activity. We see a lot of people coming and going. Our team is a mix of folks who have been here for years and some newer faces. We don’t really do the whole big corporate speech thing. We just come in, do our hours, and head home. It’s a steady rhythm. The view from the third floor isn’t much, just the tops of buses and other buildings, but it lets some light in. We have a few water coolers scattered around because it gets quite warm in the afternoons. Everyone just gets on with their work.
