We're over here on the second floor of Raheja Chambers. It’s right on the Andheri Kurla Link Road in Andheri West. Being in Plot No. B-7 makes us pretty easy to find if you’re coming from the main road. Most people know the area because it’s always so busy around here with the traffic and shops. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now handling things for Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we get the paperwork done every day. The building has quite a few other offices too, so there’s usually a bit of a crowd at the main entrance. If you’re coming by to see us, just look for the sign near the stairs or the elevator. We spend most of our day sitting at the desks here, dealing with various files and answering phone calls. It gets quite noisy outside because of the constant traffic on the link road, but we’re used to it by now. The staff is just a small group of us trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow to arrive, so some of us just take the stairs to the second floor instead. It’s a practical location for anyone living around Andheri. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. Just enough space to do the work and meet people who come in with questions. Usually, it's just about going through the forms and making sure everything is filled out right for the insurance stuff. We try to keep things simple and get through the day's tasks without making it too complicated for anyone.
