Kuldeep Investments

Kuldeep Investments is located on the 15th floor of the Shreepati Jewel building. We are in Pimpalwadi, right on Khadilkar Road in the Girgaon area. This is a very old and traditional part of Mumbai, and you can see the history in the narrow lanes below. Our office is near the Nawakal Marathi News Paper office, which is a big landmark around here. Being up on the 15th floor gives us a bit of a view, but the work inside is mostly about numbers and papers. We deal with various investment things, so there is a lot of talking to people about their savings and where they want to put their money. The building is quite tall and modern compared to the older chawls and shops in Girgaon. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people come by to discuss their files. It’s a quiet office for the most part, away from the street noise of Khadilkar Road. We spend a lot of time reading through financial documents and news to stay updated. Girgaon has a very specific vibe, and we like being part of this community. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees, just a small team working from this room in Shreepati Jewel. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting with regulars from the area.
