We are located up on the third level of the Omkar Summit building. Vile Parle East is a really busy place, and being at Level 3 puts us right in the middle of all the noise and action. Real estate is what we deal with every single day. It is mostly about showing flats or talking to people who want to move into this part of the city. It can be a lot of running around, to be honest with you. Our office is a quiet spot where we can sit down and go through the details of a lease or a sale without too many interruptions. We do not try to make it sound more complicated than it actually is. Buying or renting a place is a big deal for anyone, so we just try to be straight with people about what is available. Sometimes the market is really slow, and other times it is a total mad rush. We have seen all sorts of people come through those office doors. The building itself is easy enough to find if you know the area. We spend half our time on our phones and the other half walking through different properties nearby. It is not always a 9-to-5 job; sometimes people want to see a house on a Sunday or late in the evening after they finish work. We just do our best to be available when it actually matters for the client.
