Vikas Estate Agency

Vikas Estate Agency is situated in Sai Siddhi Chambers, room number 7/503. This is in the Oshiwara area of Andheri West. We are very near the Oshiwara Police Chowky, which is a very well-known spot for everyone living nearby. The building is a typical commercial complex with a lot of different offices. Our space on the fifth floor is not huge, but it is where we do all our work. Sometimes the lift takes a long time because the building is so busy, so we end up waiting in the lobby and chatting with the other tenants. Inside our office, there are stacks of files and a few computers that are always running. Oshiwara is a very active part of Andheri, and there is always something going on with the real estate market here. We spend a lot of our time visiting different housing societies and checking out new listings. We do not have a fancy showroom. It is just a place with a few desks where we can sit and talk. The view from the window is just other buildings and the busy street below. We have been in Sai Siddhi Chambers for a good while, so we know the security guards and the local shopkeepers. It is a neighborhood business. We do not try to be anything we are not. We just help people find a place to stay or work in Oshiwara.
