We've been here in Andheri East for a while now, tucked away in the Moonlight Shopping Centre. If you know where Vishal Hall is, we are just right next to it on Sir M V Road. It's a busy spot, but we manage. We handle all sorts of mould accessories. Mostly, people from the nearby industrial estates come in looking for specific parts for their plastic or die-casting setups. It isn’t a fancy office or anything like that. Just a practical workspace where we keep our stock and talk to customers who know what they need. Some days the traffic outside is a nightmare, so we try to get things sorted quickly for anyone who drops by. We deal with the usual items like ejector pins and guide pillars. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still here doing the same thing every day. It’s honest work. We don't spend much time on the computer or making big presentations. Usually, it's just a phone call or someone walking in with a part they need to replace. We check the shelves, see if we have it, and that’s about it. Dealing with local workshops is what we do. Sometimes things get dusty because of all the construction around, but we keep the bins organized. If you’re coming from the station side, it’s a short walk. We just focus on keeping the inventory right so people don't have to wait too long.
