Vijayan Property Dealers

Our office for Vijayan Property Dealers is in Roshan Apartment, which is at 1 Andheri East Koldongri. We are situated right opposite Holy Spirit Hospital. This makes it very convenient for people to find us, as the hospital is a major landmark in this part of Andheri. The area is always crowded with people and ambulances, so it never gets truly quiet around here. The apartment itself is a regular residential building where we have taken a space on the lower floor. It is a bit tight inside when we have more than two visitors at a time. We have a few old wooden desks and a ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise, but it keeps the air moving. Koldongri is a busy neighborhood with lots of narrow lanes. We spend most of our time out on those streets looking at flats and talking to landlords. When we are in the office, we are usually filing paperwork or answering the phone. The rain can be a problem in the monsoon because the street outside gets some puddles, but we just wear our boots and keep going. We do not have a big team or fancy uniforms. It is just us doing the daily work of a property dealer. The walls are a little bare, but we have all the important documents organized in metal cupboards. It is a practical place for a practical job.
