Our office is Flat No 9 in the J Wing over at the Remco Layout. We’re right on the Andheri Kurla Andheri East Service Road, just opposite Vishal Hall. It’s a very busy spot, especially during rush hour when the service road gets backed up. You can hear the horns honking from our desks sometimes. Vijay Estate Consultant isn't a massive firm; it’s just a small team of us trying to keep things organized. Being near Vishal Hall makes it easy to give directions, though parking can be a bit of a headache for visitors. We’ve got a lot of files and a couple of computers that work most of the time. The 1st Stage of Remco Layout has changed a lot since we first set up here. More buildings, more people, and definitely more traffic. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and our afternoons out and about. It's a lot of running around, really. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. We’ve learned that being honest with people works better than anything else. If we don’t know something, we’ll just say so and then try to find out. It’s a practical way to run a business. We’ve been in Andheri East long enough to know the shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick lunch between meetings.
