We are located at Flat No 21 in Sanjay Gandhi Nagar, which is right in Vile Parle East. Our office is tucked away behind the Parle Police Station, so it is a pretty safe and recognizable landmark for anyone trying to find us. Velankanni Realtors is a small operation we run out of this flat. It is not like those big glass offices you see in the city center. We have our files in cabinets and our computers on old desks. Vile Parle East is a busy neighborhood, and we have lived here for a long time. We know the streets and the buildings like the back of our hands. Most of our work involves helping local families find bigger places or helping students find something small near the colleges. We spend a lot of time walking around the neighborhood, checking on new constructions or talking to old residents. Sometimes the monsoon makes it hard to get around, but we still go out if someone needs to see a property. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just talk to people like neighbors because that is what we are. If you need something, you just come to the flat and we can have a chat. It is a simple life, and we are happy to be part of the community here behind the station.
