We have been running Vasundhara Realtors for a good number of years now, right here in Kandivali East. Our office is tucked away on the 9th Cross in Adrash Nagar, not too far from Thakur Village if you know the area. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes with all the files and people coming in, but we make it work somehow. Most of the time, we are just helping folks find a place to live or sorting out property papers that seem to never end. Real estate in this part of town is always moving, so there is usually something to do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to Chamrajpet to check on buildings. It is mostly local people we deal with, neighbors and friends of friends. We aren't a big corporate chain with suits and stuff. We just know the streets around here really well. If you are looking for a flat or just want to know what a plot is worth near the main road, we usually have a decent idea. Sometimes the paperwork gets stuck at the office, and we have to go back and forth a lot. That is just how it goes in this business. We keep it simple. There is always a pot of tea on the desk and some maps spread out. It is a messy job but someone has to do it. We just keep showing up and doing the work every day.
