VASSERA PROPERTY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are set up over in Wadala at Shop A-8 on the ground floor. It is in the A Wing of the Issardas Varandmal building. The shop isn't huge, but it fits our desks and the few chairs we have for visitors. We spend a lot of our time here just going through property papers and talking to people who walk in from the street. Wadala can get pretty noisy with all the traffic, but inside the office, it is mostly quiet except for the sound of the fan. We’ve been doing this for a while now. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just help people figure out their property issues or find a place to stay. Some days are just filled with phone calls that don't seem to end. Other days, we are out walking around the neighborhood looking at different plots. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We have piles of files that we need to organize better, but we usually just keep them in stacks. The ground floor location is good because people don't have to climb stairs. We see the same faces every day, which is nice. It feels like a normal neighborhood business. We don't have a big mission or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, open the shop, and see what the day brings. It’s practical, sometimes a bit messy, but we get the job done for the folks around here.
