You can find us at Shop No 16, which is on Plot No 1 in the Indrapr area of Kandivali West. We are quite close to the Lokhandwala Foundation School, so during the mornings and afternoons, the whole street is full of kids and parents. It makes the area feel very lively, though finding a place to park can be a bit of a challenge at those times. Our shop is small, just enough room for a few people to sit comfortably and have a conversation. We’ve got some posters on the wall and a lot of binders full of notes about different properties in the area. Kandivali has grown so much lately, and there are always new buildings going up or old ones being renovated. We spend a lot of our time just walking around the nearby blocks to see what's changed. It’s better than just sitting behind a desk all day. People stop by to ask for directions or just to chat about the neighborhood. We don’t really do fancy presentations or anything. Usually, we just sit down, show you what we have on the list, and talk about what might work. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. Sometimes we are out showing a flat, so the shop might be closed for an hour here or there, but we are generally around most of the week.
