Vajralaxmi Real Estate

Our office is 24/002, and we are situated on MG Road in the Chhatrapati area of Kandivali West. We are very close to Atharwa College, so there are always a lot of students and young people walking around outside on the sidewalk. Vajralaxmi Real Estate has been in this spot for a while, and we like being near the college because it keeps the area feeling lively and energetic. The office itself is small and functional. We have a main desk where most of the work happens and a small corner for filing everything away in metal drawers. Kandivali West is a busy part of Mumbai, and MG Road is right in the middle of it all. We get a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. Most of our day is spent talking to people about local apartments or shops they might want to rent. We don't use any big fancy words or try to push anyone into things they don't want. We just tell them what we know about the buildings and the landlords around here. Sometimes we take a break and walk down toward the college to get some tea or street food for lunch. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of job. We open up early and usually stay until the evening lights come on. It isn't a corporate skyscraper office, just a ground-floor spot where the door is usually open.
