Vaibhav Industries

Vaibhav Industries is at 115 in the Vijay Industrial Estate. This is on Link Road in Chincholi Bunder, which is part of Malad West. It is a big industrial area with lots of trucks and workers everywhere. Our unit is a decent size. We have our manufacturing equipment set up on the main floor. It’s a noisy place when the machines are running, but that’s just how it is. We wear earplugs sometimes when it gets too loud. The floor is concrete and has some cracks here and there from the heavy machinery. We have a small mezzanine level where we keep some of the lighter materials. The office is just a small corner with a couple of desks and a phone that rings quite a lot. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, maybe just a calendar and some safety posters. Outside on Link Road, the traffic is almost always backed up. We see the sun set over the other buildings in the estate at the end of the shift. Chincholi Bunder has a lot of energy. We’ve been here for several years now and we know the routine of the industrial estate. We get our raw materials delivered through the big shutter doors at the front. It’s a tough, busy environment but it suits the kind of work we do. We just focus on keeping the production line moving every day.
