V Subramanium

I live and work here in Mulund West. Being in B-702 of the Maruti Ashuish Co-Operative Society means I see a lot of what goes on in the building. It’s right on the 60 Feet Road, so there is always noise from the traffic and people moving about. Pattegarapalya is a busy area, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading out. The office is just a regular room where I keep my files and handle the daily work that comes in. I’ve spent a lot of years in this part of Mumbai. You get used to the sounds of the street and the rhythm of the society. Sometimes the elevator in our building is a bit slow, so I end up taking the stairs. It’s not a fancy place, just a practical one where things get done. The 60 Feet Road is a main artery here, and you can find almost anything you need within a short walk. Most days are spent answering calls or sorting through paperwork at my desk. It’s a local life, nothing too complicated. I know the neighbors and the shopkeepers around here. We all just go about our business. When the sun goes down, the area cools off a little bit, but the road stays busy. It’s just how Mulund is. I’ve lived here long enough that the sounds of the traffic don't even bother me anymore. It’s home and work all in one.
