V D Realty is located in Borivali East, specifically at number 6. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We don’t go in for having a flashy office with those big leather chairs or glass walls. We just have a few desks and a lot of local knowledge about the buildings around here. Borivali East is a busy area, and we’ve been working these streets for quite some time now, so we've seen it grow. Most of our work is just connecting people who have a place with people who need one. We don’t use a lot of fancy software; a lot of our stuff is still written down in big binders. It might seem old-fashioned to some people, but it works for us and our customers. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just want to do a decent job for the people who walk into our office at Borivali East 6. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when three people come in at once and the phone starts ringing too, but we manage somehow. We know which buildings have parking issues and which ones stay quiet at night. That’s the kind of thing you only really know if you’re actually here on the ground every day. V D Realty is just a small team of local folks. We’re practical and we don’t like to waste people’s time with unnecessary fluff or sales pitches. We just tell it like it is and try to find a solution that fits what you need.
