Uuplugg Wine & Dine

We've been over here in Malad West for a while now. If you know where Uncles Kitchen Junction is, right by Mitch Chowki, then you’ve probably seen our sign for Uuplugg Wine & Dine. It’s just a spot where people come to eat and have a drink after work. Nothing too fancy, really. We opened up because we liked the area and it seemed like a good place to set up shop. The kitchen stays busy most nights. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when it's full, but that's just how it goes around here. We try to keep things moving. The staff knows most of the regulars by name since they stop in pretty often. It’s a straightforward kind of place. You walk in, find a seat, and get some food. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the day-to-day stuff, making sure the tables are wiped down and the orders come out right. The junction gets pretty crowded, especially during rush hour, so it can be a bit of a squeeze getting through the traffic to reach us. But we're right there. People usually come in for the wine or to grab a bite with friends. It's just what we do every day. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just running a business at the junction in Malad West. We just show up, open the doors, and get to work.
