Uttam Glass Aluminium Section

We are located in Bhomaji Shivaji Wadi on Nehru Road in Santacruz East. If you are looking for us, we are on Jalaram Mandir Road, right opposite the Vakola Church. The shop is a bit loud because of the cutting machines we use for the aluminium and glass. There is usually a layer of fine dust on the workbenches, no matter how much we sweep. We have been doing this kind of work for a long time. People come to us when they need a window frame fixed or a new glass partition for their office. We have different sections of aluminium stacked against the walls. The smell of metal and cutting oil is always there. It’s a practical workshop, not a fancy showroom. We wear old clothes because things get messy quickly. Often, you will see us out on the sidewalk measuring a piece of glass or loading a frame onto a rickshaw. The traffic on Nehru Road is constant, so we have to shout a bit to be heard over the trucks and horns. It is hard work, especially in the heat, but we enjoy seeing a job finished properly. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the tools. Most of our customers are from around Santacruz or Vakola. We just do the work and move on to the next task. It's a busy life here near the church.
