Our office is over in the Bhagyalaxmi Building, tucked away on V.P. Road in Andheri West. Being in the Andheri Co-Op Society means we're right in the middle of everything. It gets pretty loud outside with the S.V. Road traffic, but inside we’re usually just focused on the aluminium and glass projects. We’ve been at Plot No-16 for a while now. It’s not a huge space, but we make it work with all the samples and frames leaning against the walls. Running Glasspaane keeps us pretty busy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sketching out how a window frame should sit. Sometimes things don’t go exactly to plan, maybe a delivery is late or a glass sheet has a tiny scratch, and we have to start over. That’s just the nature of the business in a city like this. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with a glass tower. We're just people who know a lot about metal and glass. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow, so moving large frames can be a bit of a headache. But we've got a system. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know each other's habits. We just keep our heads down and try to get the orders out of the door without too much fuss. There is always someone here handling the latest batch of work.
