Belgium Alu And Glass Uae is over in Naigaon East, specifically in the Citizen Jasmine building. We’re in B Wing, G6. It’s a bit of a trek to get out to Vasai sometimes, especially with the trains and the traffic, but this is where the work happens. The shop is full of sheets of glass and aluminum tracks. You have to be careful where you walk or you’ll catch yourself on a sharp edge. There is always the smell of cutting oil and that specific scent that comes with new glass. We spend our days measuring things twice and cutting them once, hopefully. It’s a lot of lifting and carrying heavy frames. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our customers come to us because they know we’re here in the Jasmine Hsc building. We’re just a small crew trying to get the windows and doors fitted right. Sometimes the measurements are off and we have to start over, which is always a pain. The heat in the workshop can get pretty bad in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy stuff done early. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in the Naigaon area for a bit now and we’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up. We just keep our heads down and keep cutting glass for whoever needs it.
