Our place at Utkarsh Real Estate is situated at 37/1468, which is over in Andheri West. We are quite near The Club, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us from the Mumbai Pune Road. Being in this part of town means things are always loud and moving. We have been helping people find homes and office spaces here for a long time. It is a bit of a mix, some days we are dealing with high-end apartments and other days it is just a small shop for someone starting out. We do not really mind which it is, as long as we can get the deal done properly. The office is a bit small and we have got papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. Moving around Mumbai is a struggle, so we try to do a lot over the phone before making anyone travel through the traffic. It is a tough market and prices are always all over the place, but we try to give people a realistic idea of what they can get for their money. We are not interested in being fancy, just in being useful. If you come by, you might find us busy with three different things at once, but we always make time to sit down and listen to what someone is looking for. It is just how we do things in Andheri.
