I run things from a small place in Andheri West, right near the Amboli Naka signal. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is always the sound of horns and people shouting outside. It’s a simple setup. I don't have a big staff or a fancy storefront. Most of my work involves being on my feet and handling things as they come. The space is small, just enough for what I need to do each day. Sometimes I have to move some furniture around just to make room for new supplies. I spend a lot of my time talking to people who walk in or calling up regulars. It’s not the kind of business where everything is automated. I prefer doing things myself to make sure they are done properly. The lighting in the shop is a bit dim, but I know where everything is. Lunch is usually whatever I can get from the stall next door. There’s no big sign or flashing lights, just my name and the work I do. Some days are slow and I just sit and watch the traffic at the signal. Other days, I don't even have time to sit down. It’s a local way of living and working. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for years, so it felt right to set up my work here too. It’s not about being a big company. It’s just about doing what I know how to do every day and making a living for myself. That is enough.
